报告摘要
Our previous work had reported the application of NiOx as the ideal p-type electrode interlayer to fabricate the decent perovskite-based photovoltaics. In this report, we further apply thermally oxidized nickel (Ni)/gold (Au) transparent electrode (been commonly used in GaN light-emitting diodes industry) on the glass substrate to prepare CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite/C60 planar heterojunction hybrid solar cells.5 The combination of the oxidized Ni (NiOx) with the interconnected network Au forms a functionalized Au:NiOx electrode, which does away with the need for an indium-tin oxide electrode and a poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) poly(styrene-sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) layer in fabricating hybrid perovskite solar cell. Changing Ni/Au compositions and the thermal treatment conditions modulates the optical transparency, electrical conductivity, the work function of Au:NiOx electrode, as well as the photovoltaic parameters of hybrid cells. To prepare the electrode and electrode interlayer in one single thermally oxidized process simplifies fabricating procedures, and poses to the new design of the functionalized electrode in perovskite-based hybrid devices.
报告人简介:Professor Tzung-Fang Guo received Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from University of California Los Angeles in 2002. He became the faculty at Department of Photonics, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan in 2003 and served the Department Chair from 2012 to 2018. His research focuses on high-performance O/PLEDs, polymer PVs, n-type pentacene OTFTs, and the magnetic field effect of organic electronic devices. He firstly developed the perovskite-based hybrid solar cells of OPV (p-i-n) device configuration and applied p-type nickel oxide electrode interlayer in fabricating efficient perovskite solar cells and LEDs.
